RULES & REGULATIONS

I. Membership

A non-refundable membership fee shall be charged which will be valid for 6 months only on the expiry of which it can be renewed for a further period of 6 months.
For students- Rs100/- (First 50 members)
Others – Rs.200/-


II. Book Borrowing Charges

Books can be borrowed for a period of two weeks for Rs 10/-.
In the event of late return a fine of Rs 10/- per day shall be charged. This is done with a view to encourage timely return of borrowed books and to avoid inconvenience to others.
In case a member wants to extend the borrowing period they can do so by prior notice. Normal borrowing charges shall apply.


III. Other Rules and Regulation

A member may borrow only 1 book at a time.
In case a member damages, defaces or loses a book he shall be liable to pay a penalty upto 1.5 times the price of the book.
